MISSION
Lionheart Fit is a non-profit dedicated to fostering wellness within Pierce County's First Responder community and their families. Through comprehensive education, inspiration, instruction, and access to resources, we empower individuals to achieve holistic well-being for life.

At our core, we champion hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Our aim is to provide culturally beneficial resources for first responders and their families. This may include access to wellness facilities, group training, family events, and more.

Our team includes current and former first responders, coaches, therapists, counselors, and medical professionals—each highly experienced and passionate about serving those who serve others. Together, we provide trusted, practical support to help first responders thrive both on and off duty.
