Unleashed at Stadium HS
It’s time to gear up for the 2025 Unleashed Stair Run at Stadium Bowl in Tacoma — happening Sunday, August 3rd!
This unique event brings our community together in a shared challenge: the legendary stairs of Stadium High School. Open to all fitness levels, it's a chance to test yourself, build camaraderie, and honor those who serve. We’re proud to support the Heroes Race once again, a special heat that pays tribute to military and first responders — complete with weighted vests for an extra challenge!
2024 Recap - Last year, we had 3 amazing teams:
The PCSD Pack (all fitness levels)
Corrections Heroes Team
Patrol Heroes Team

Cruise for Kent
On Dec. 21, 2009, just after 9pm, Deputy Kent Mundell with the Pierce County Sheriff Department was shot while responding to a domestic violence call in the Eatonville area. Deputy Mundell was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where he remained on life support in the intensive care unit until succumbing to his wounds on December 28.
Cruise Puyallup organizer, Mark Crosby, remembers his friendship with Kent Mundell fondly and wants to honor his friend’s memory by dedicating the July 13th cruise to him and the department he loved working for.
